Shipping Policy

At RoJo Rips, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Method

The shipping option selected by the customer at checkout is the shipping service that will be used for the order. Please ensure you choose the service that best suits your needs, including delivery speed and tracking level.

Additional Insurance

If you would like to add extra compensation cover or insurance to a Royal Mail shipment, this must be requested by email before dispatch. Any additional cost for upgraded cover or insurance must be paid by the customer prior to shipping.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 11:00am (UK time) will be dispatched the same business day where possible. Orders placed after this time will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

While we aim to meet these timeframes, dispatch on the same day cannot always be guaranteed during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Business Days

Orders are dispatched on business days only. Business days are:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Excluding Sundays
  • Excluding UK bank holidays

Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Courier Delays

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates only. RoJo Rips is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather disruption, strikes, customs processing or events outside our control.

Delivered Parcels

Once tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. If a parcel is shown as delivered but is missing, stolen or damaged after delivery, the customer must raise this directly with the courier or postal provider.

We recommend checking with neighbours, safe places, household members and your local delivery office before making a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. RoJo Rips is not responsible for delays, losses or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
