Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from product delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return request or refund once the product has been received and inspected.
Please note that all mystery products (mystery boxes / mystery packs) and single card items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. We retain the right to refuse or accept returns on these items at our discretion. Please email us if you need any help with this and we will do our best to assist.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that we sold it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept returns on orders due to a decrease in the price of an individual item. All orders will be subject to individual review.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with your order number. Please contact our customer service department using our dedicated customer contact form below. Our team will be happy to assist and confirm whether your order is eligible for a return or exchange. If approved, they will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), including:
- Any item not in its original sold condition
- Any item damaged for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to reject any return request or refund once the product has been received.
If approved, a refund for the full amount will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days. We may also offer compensation via a gift card or store discount, which you have the right to refuse.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Live Opened Items (if applicable)
If you are a live stream customer and requested your item to be opened live you will not be entitled to a refund as we cannot refund opened items.
Further Information & Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
